CogSci Labs is a multidisciplinary working group and infrastructure that exists to progress work within the field of advanced metacognition. This field that holds promise not only for individual achievement and actualization but also for society as a whole to facilitate the generation of coherent culture.
CogSci Labs was founded on October 1st, 2023 by Matthew Capowski (Executive Director of the David Bohm Society) and Sharan Saini (Psychologist).
While many people have taken interest in the proposals from the field we’re referring to as advanced cognition, there has been very limited scientific exploration of this domain. This is what we are working to correct.
CogSci Labs has an international focus. As the number of people in our field are limited, it’s ideal to have a centralized place to propose work, collaborate on work, share findings, and find volunteers for work.
